Salary:

Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from conception to completionThis role requires a deep understanding of the construction process, specifically within the multi-family sector and residential occupied rehabilitationThe Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality1Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2Coordinate and supervise the work of project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
3Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, and ensure that they are followed.
4Control project costs to ensure completion within budget.
5Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
1Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
3Proven experience managing multi-family construction projects.
4Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
