Between in-person conversations, texting, emailing, and phone calls, you assist all customers to the best of your ability with what they're requesting, always maintaining a positive attitude and helpful approach.
Your work at the front desk will help new families get involved with Stardust, as well as make current families' experiences enjoyable and smooth.
Responsibilities Welcome Families and Direct Them Excellent, Kind, and Helpful Customer Service:
In-Person, Text, Phone, Email.
Enrollment Management Booking Trials Sales Communication with Leads, Prospects & Current Families Booking Birthday Parties Facility Tours Light Cleaning Processing Payments Accounts Receiveable Getting to know the customers and clients Other duties as assigned Preferred Work History Customer Service Settings in which you directly related/spoke with customers on a daily basis Sales Skills (Preferred but not required) Proficiency in writing and typing Comfortability speaking over the phone Good at communicating Use of Pages and Numbers Use of Iclass Pro Education At least some of High School Availability Must be available some days (9a-3p), some nights (3p-9p) Quick Apply.
