Supporting the CMO of an acute care pediatric facility.
Extensive medical administrative support with medical terminology proficiency.
Provides administrative support of a complex and confidential nature for the Medical Director, Associate Medical Director and various MHS directors as needed requiring a considerable degree of decision-making.
Thorough knowledge of departments.
Schedules appointments; compiles, prepares and distributes medical schedules.
Attends meetings; records, transcribes and distributes minutes.
Maintains various books/manuals/records per regulations.
Prepares reports, audits, surveys for Medical Service.
Maintains harmonious relationships with employees and the public.
Assists other staff physicians with administrative tasks.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
