is looking for an experienced home remodeling Project Manager to join our team.
This person will assist with managing our crews and installers.
Our project managers are responsible for the scheduling and installation of our product and services.
The Project Manager is responsible for completing each job on time, on budget and with a high level of quality.
The project manager will represent the company on all production related items and insure customer satisfaction.
The Perfect Candidate:
A self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

Loves people and home remodeling, well organized and detailed oriented.
Professional degree, in preferably in construction management or equivalent onsite experience Proficient with MS office and project management software (Training provided) Working knowledge of residential construction methods, techniques and systems; and building codes Has at least 5 years, full-time experience in managing residential or small commercial remodeling projects.
Has a passion for home remodeling and a desire to create a business that is bigger than yourself.
Understands that work should be fun and have the desire and the need to love what you do.
The Role:
Production planning:
Review proposals and contracts for feasibility, cost and schedule issues.
Ongoing evaluation of vendor partners.
Responsible for material delivery and oversight management of jobs.
Responsible understanding of the job from available verbal and written information including:
blueprints, specifications and bids.
Insures that each client is contacted daily to monitor job progress, quality, safety, cleanliness and site security.
Creates job schedules, orders materials and schedules trade partners.
Conducts a pre-construction meeting at the start of each job.
Maintains job log for each active job, Conducts regular project review meetings with clients.
Work Hours and Schedule We work with clients from 6:
30 am to 4:
00 pm
on weekdays.
The position is anticipated to be a 50
hour per week commitment.
Periodically the job will require additional time.
