This role is hybrid from either our Greenwood Village, CO or Canton, MA office.

In this role, you will drive the design, architecture, transition planning for the Program in additional to owning design issues and decisions.
You will work closely with the development teams, global architecture, global planning and delivery, manufacture teams and the security and operations function.
Other key responsibilities include:
Owning the end-to-end design and architecture for the project or Program and providing the oversight across applications, infrastructure, and dataDefining high-level transition states to move between the different releases as part of the project or Program Supporting the Program Manger in technical problem identification and analysis Formal identification of architecture issues, dependencies and design blockers for the project and Programs Accountability for project design issues resolution and decisions - ensuring issues are tracked and resolvedEstablishing and running a Program design council to review and track key design issues and decisions Accountability for the analysis and documentation of the current state architecture for the scope of the project or ProgramManaging the workload, prioritisation and resource allocation of the different design resources required to deliver the project or ProgramAccountability for the impact analysis on change requests and optionsWorking closely with the enterprise and domain architects to ensure enterprise patterns, roadmaps and strategy are embedded into the project or ProgramAligning of Computershare architecture with vendor product architectureGoverning the design activity of system integration partners to ensure they are delivering in line with architecture guidelines and are successfulWhat will you bring to the role? We are looking for someone who can balance the long-term big picture with short-term implications.
You have excellent interpersonal skills which have enabled you to build great working relationships with stakeholders and the teams you collaborate with.
You also have:

years of experience leading the design, big pictures, and outcomes of the architectureExperience in managing matrix organised architecture and design resources on a large technology ProgramExperience in deploying inhouse and packaged application solutions across multiple geographies into premise public cloud technology Expert experience in design and implementation of ETL and data integration solutions/projects and working with associated technology vendorsDemonstratable experience in the implementation of end user platforms and back-office applicationsExperience in technology consolidation and implementation for acquisitions, divestments, and joint venturesDemonstratable experience in leading the design and architecture of a large technology programExperience working in a global technology organization across geographies and cultures and used to working with global problems and solutionsBonus points if you have:

Compensation.
Approximately $150,000 to $175,000 per year USD, depending on experience.
