Responsibilities:
Maintain schedules, files, and prepare payroll,
Communicate with clients and customers
Responding quickly to service and
repair
calls requested by clients
Issue and update all service orders
Ensure that each
job
assigned is completed and billed
Attempt to resolve any client complaints
Qualifications:
Extremely organized and able to manage time in an effective manner; planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively with other team members
Prior experience with Microsoft OfficeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
