ENE Systems engineers and installs sophisticated building management systems including temperature controls, security devices and alarm systems. ENE has developed a reputation as a high quality provider of parts and services including systems design, selection and control strategies and products, quality system installation, precise commissioning, end user training and support. Working in conjunction with consultants, architects and owners, ENE is involved at all levels of the building automation and HVAC control industry and security and alarm management, including new building automation and HVAC mechanical systems, including new builds, retrofits, ongoing maintenance agreements and system upgrades.
We are seeking aSales Executive for Security Management Systems.This includes card access controls and badge management, CCTV and surveillance (cameras), alarm and intrusion detection, door locking systems, intercom and emergency call systems, IP based video systems and network video recording.This position willreport to the Director of Sales and Marketing and works as a key contributor of the sales department to identify, evaluate, and provide quotation for security and alarm system products and customer solutions.

Responsibilities include:
Strategically identify opportunities for sale of security management and alarm systems, into the regional market
Pursue opportunities in ENE vertical markets
Continue to pursue opportunities for analog/discreet wired systems
Specifically pursue opportunities for "IP centric solutions"
Develop strategic relationships with Building Management companies and Engineering firms
Actively call on and build relationships with end-users and municipalities
Obtain plans and specifications for strategically identified jobs of interest (when necessary)
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of ENE Systems' product offerings to enable optimal choice and configuration of products to suit the application
Collaborate with other sales team members, ATC AE's to maximize sales opportunities with existing customer base
Prepare change order pricing, attend pre-bid conferences and site visits (where necessary)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in selling Security Management Systems including card access controls and badge management, CCTV and surveillance (cameras), alarm and intrusion detection, door locking systems, intercom and emergency call systems, IP based video systems and network video recording
Strong understanding of overall and account specific sales strategies and objectives
Ability to generate leads and interest on your own
Technical aptitude
Understanding and sensitive to customer needs and requirements
Knowledge of Security Systems and Products
Ability to read blue print drawings
Ability to manage time to schedules and deadlines
Superior organizational skills
Job Requirements:
Minimum Associates Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in Sales, Sales Support or Technical Role
In-depth understanding of energy management system engineering, operations and application to site based physical plant. Knowledge of EMS applications in a commercial environment a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
