Base Salary:
$70k plus commission

Summary:
The Branch General Manager is responsible for financial and operational management including: financial performance against quota, budget (P&L) and compliance.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Manage daily branch operations.
Monitor sales and service of staff members.
Responsible for hiring and training new staff.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention of current clients.
Complete inspections and ride-along with a sales and service staff.
Present branch service plans and budgets to District Manager.
Responsible for keeping the branch in compliance with EHS regulations.
Maximize collection of money at the time of service. Ensure all accounts are current.
Qualifications and skills needed
:
Minimum High School diploma or (GED). Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Five years' experience in branch management and/or Operations Management
Preferred experience in Environmental Waste and/or managing a fleet of CDL drivers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
